When can I view a property?
We can arrange viewings from Monday to Saturday 10am to 7pm. We understand that people live busy lives and something theses times are not suitable for them, that’s why we will try to endeavour a time that suits you even if it’s not in the usual viewing times All viewings are by “appointment only” and can be booked in person at our office, on line or by calling us on 020 8684 6677
Who will be conducting the viewing at the property?
A member of the Crown Lets 4u Estate Agents Sales Team will meet you at the property and accompany you with the viewing of the property. From time to time the vendor/seller may conduct the viewing, before any viewing we will confirm who will be undertaking the viewing with you.
Can I view the property more than once?
Yes. Purchasing a property may be the largest purchase you will ever make, we welcome you to stroll through the property asking questions. If you would like a further viewing just call the sales office and we will be happy to arrange a time to for your to view you the property again.
